To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

My grandpa has never tried this place to yum cha, so since my mum is a member and the food here is nice, we decided to take him here to try out the food.First we called a Yeung Chau styled fried rice, there was plenty of shrimp and pork! Very nice indeed!Next we had some siu mai, it was warm and it tasted great.For dessert, we had an egg honey something... (I forgot the name) but it was nice as well! Next we had some siu mai, it was warm and it tasted great.
For dessert, we had an egg honey something... (I forgot the name) but it was nice as well! It was sweet and their service was nice too, before we had this dessert, our plates were dirty, and the staff came to change plates quickly, even when there's not enough, honey syrup, they even came to add some for us!
