We made a booking for 6:00 on a Friday night, the restaurant just opened! Upon being seated the staff helped put away my bag, as it was a cold night they also offered a hot chicken broth to start, very attentive 👍🏻We were shown the special menu and the staff - Cathy, explained the items very well! We ordered some must eats on the normal menu including:-EN chicken broth -charcoal scallop -shrimp & chicken skin roll-grilled tofu -grilled rice ball-chicken gizzard -chicken heart-chicken intestine -

-burdock root chips
And on the special menu, we only order the shirako - which was creamy and the sauce was delicious!
We thoroughly enjoyed our food tonight, the heart and gizzard were the highlight for us! It was cooked to perfection, with pink centre!
The second highlight will be the charcoal scallop! Cooked to perfection with a charcoal seal on top!
The tofu was very crunchy on the outside and juicy in the centre!
The burdock root chip is also a must eat! It was light and crunchy and very well seasoned!
The rice ball was very fragrant, it was a great way to end my meal!
Also worth mentioning is the 杏酒 on rock, which was recommended by the staff!
Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu!
