Just heard from a friend about this new Creperie place opening in Sheung Wan. I decided to take my girlfriend and her friend with me to try it out last Friday. I have heard some really good comments about this restaurant at the other location. And being a big fan of crepes, I was looking forward to try out the menu myself.Boy does the food and service here go above and beyond my expectations!!The French manager Thierry was extremely courteous to us the whole time, and was nice to recommend us

The French manager Thierry was extremely courteous to us the whole time, and was nice to recommend us some of their famous dishes: the fresh scallop and mushroom, the ham and spinach, and the pork intestine (cannot imagine it's on the menu!!). All the dishes he recommended to us were really good. The scallops were especially fresh and tasty. The pork intestines had a distinctive smell to them but were very chewy. We rounded up our meal with a sweet desert crepe to share. Again, the caramel went well with bananas in the crepe. My mouth goes watery now just thinking about these savory dishes!
In conclusion, my party was really satisfied the whole time. Will definitely go back and recommend this place to my friends. Big thumbs up to Thierry who went above and beyond to take care of my party. It's not often we see a restaurant manager working so hard and with heart, especially nowadays in hk.
