Spaghetti Cabonara $135
Traditional cabonara! The flavor I was looking for! They used thinly sliced guanciala instead of thick cubes. Very crispy even when mixed with the sauce. Very simple but creamy and delicious, just hard cheese and egg. The spaghetti was al dente. Perfecto!
It was such a surprise to have such economic and authentic Italian cuisine. Could feel the owners’ passion in food and hospitality. HIghly recommended!
