Loved the food at Fiamma. I don’t think I’ve had an octopus this good in all of Hong Kong - I’m usually not a fan of octopus because it’s rare to get the cook right but they did it so well. Had some other classic dishes, boar ragu pasta, salami piccante pizza, their quality of dough is delicious and moreish. service and atmosphere was very good - they went out of their way to ensure we were having a good time.
