Food was great but service needs to be improved.Qe went as a party of 4 and one of our friend has ulcer so asked for an extra bowl for sharing. This was politely yet unreasonably declined by the staff who explained that they have a no extra bowl rule as the shaved ice would melt. Despite repetedly stressing thay ee dont mind that the staff refused to provide the bowl. Instead/ interestingly they offered a mini paper cup which could barely contain 3 spoonfuls of ice. Whilst the staff were polite throughout the process we still felt like it's not very customer friendly.
