Quite a unique modern take on Chinese cuisine. The outstanding must-have dishes include the succulent wagyu beef, pork dumplings, minced pork and lettuc wraps and the fried rice. The chef is quite talented and always consistent, but the service however was another story. The experience already started out on the wrong foot, with a request to pay a deposit in person 3 days before (for parties of 10 or more) and a 2-hour seating. Yes, these things may exist in other markets like New York, etc but

Yes, these things may exist in other markets like New York, etc but that doesn't mean you have to adopt that here. When we arrived, we were told to go to this holding area for diners which they call a "bar", complete with 2 chairs (one of which was taken away when another table needed it), and told to "hangout" there until our table was ready. This while music was blaring in all directions. Then all through the night, the wait staff just shoved food on our table when it was ready, and as more dishes piled up we were constantly visually reminded that we need to eat faster and watch our time. I would say that the best bet would be to order carry-out and enjoy the peace and quiet of your own home.
