Foie Gras fried rice: The Foie Gras was not high quality duck liver but it worked well with the fried rice. Worth a try!

Seafood shredded noodle with lobster soup base: the “lobster taste” in the soup base was strong. Obviously there weren’t any lobster served with the noodles but the scallops inside made me feel I was actually eating lobster.

Shrimp dumpling: Very delicate, the size of the dumpling was small and the dumpling skin was thin. The shrimp was cooked just right, not mushy at all.

Turnip wrapped in pastry: Another delicate dish. The outer layer was flaky and inside was boiling hot. Just be careful not to burn your tongue.

Vegetarian dumpling: not one of my favorites. I prefer dumplings with thinner skin, this one was rather sticky.

Stone pot Chicken: The pot was sizzling when served. Chicken was tender and juicy.

Baked tapioca pudding: A bit too sweet to me but after all it’s a dessert, right?

Service: Service was okay. No wait time during lunch and the reception was welcoming. The waitress however missed one of our orders.
