Jade Seafood Restaurant has opened for many years. Full of repeat customers. The dimsum are all homemade. I especially liked their steamed beef balls, not huge but pulpy, and the color is rather brownish that indicates it has more beef than pork inside. The beef tripe are also easy to chew and nicely flavored. The shrimp rice rolls have a silky texture with fresh shrimps inside.Chicken was grilled to perfection - juicy and crispy. Chicken was grilled to perfection - juicy and crispy. The bone marrow was still pinkish which indicated it was not overcooked. The seasoning was also light, ideal for people like me who prefers less salt.

They usually have people queuing outside after noon on holidays so be sure don't arrive late!
