The fried pork was crispy and very well seasoned. The noodles had a really fragrant soup base, but not exactly dam-dam style because it didn't really taste like peanuts.The cold noodles were very refreshing, and the shredded chicken and vegetables went really well together. The sauce was sesame mixed with thai chilli sauce. I personally would've preferred the sauce to be more sour.The flavour of the tomatoes and spices really stood out.
