膳心小館 (Closed)

Went there to dine after a basketball game. It was my first time dining there. The owner has a good sense of humor layout out the special menu out like a newspaper. With the number of people we got, we were able to try out the whole special menu. We were surprised by the food quality, the food and drinks were surprisingly quite food as well. It's like fusion cuisine, serving you local Hong Konger dishes with a Cafe style like drinks. And the best of part is they priced it relatively cheap.
