Spotted a new restaurant called Skewer King in my neighborhood serving up skewers, cart noodles, deep-fried snacks and even claypot rice. The restaurant opens until late night which is perfect for me as I always want supper after working night shift! We sat outside as the streets were clean and we could enjoy the midnight breeze.◆Cauliflower◆Eggplant ◆Enoki Beef Roll◆Lamb◆Sausage◆Yellow CroakerWe could customize the level of spiciness and the chef did sprinkle tons of chili powder on the skewers

We could customize the level of spiciness and the chef did sprinkle tons of chili powder on the skewers as we requested extra spicy. Every ingredient was seasoned and grilled on point, especially the tender and juicy lamb, and the crunchy enoki beef roll. Eggplant was a standout - thick and soft, not oily like other restaurants, topped with fresh chopped garlic, chili pepper and spring onion.

The yellow croaker was salted and served with a refreshing Thai sauce which had a strong lemongrass aroma. Also incredibly cheap which costed only $61.

Highly recommending this place for the hospitality, hearty dishes and great value for money!
