What a new gem in the Hong Kong food scene! Its location at the Pokfulam Farm is excellent. I felt like I've been transferred out of HK for a relaxing lunch. The Hawaiian 'PizzaExpress' has just the right amount of pineapple, not the chunky types, but more the texture of pineapple chutney, which complements the parma ham perfectly. The crust was thin and crisp but not overly thin or crisp. I also like the small plates to share - we tasted the meatballs and bolognese, chicken wings with spicy bom

I also like the small plates to share - we tasted the meatballs and bolognese, chicken wings with spicy bomba sauce, baked garlic prawn with olive and cherry tomato, and roasted mixed vegetables. The meatballs tasted fresh and handmade and the bomba sauce has just the right amount of heat. We ended the meal with Haagen Dazs vanilla and chocolate ice-cream, nothing too special but a nice conclusion. Service by Pee Jay and his team was impeccable. It's a great pizzeria to escape to for some quality time without bankrupting you! MUST GO!
