I appealed and the manager immediately offered me back the discount. While I believed it was their mistake, I found from the T&C the exclusion has been stated clear already. The manager did it as a matter of courtesy, just to make sure their customers were happy and enjoyed the dining experience with them. Appreciated his attitude very much, we will definitely come back again.
