Had lunch here on a weekday afternoon with a friend. We ordered 2 Lunch Courses, which were served with 1-5 listed below, together with the main course.1. 2. Quite appetizing, chewy jellyfish served with bamboo seaweed and chopped chili, making it mild spicy 3. miso soup4. (complimentary for daily first 50 customer!!) So good!! The Prawn was huge and shiny, complemented well with black truffle. Also appreciate that the prawn shell including the tail was removed so I could enjoy my big bite 2 Lun

Set 8. Soft-boiled Egg with 3 Kinds Sashimi Don 溫泉玉子三色丼 - HK$108+10%

WOW it looked so pretty!! The 3 Sashimi (prawn, salmon and Hamachi) came in 2 pieces each, served with fish roe and sesame. Apart from the look, it tasted so fresh, too! Also liked how a layer of seaweed separated the sashimi and Japanese rice

Set 5. Teppan Yaki Oyster & Prawn Course 鐵板燒廣島蠔拼大蝦定食 $128+10%

Smelled sooo good once it arrived our table. 3 oyster and one huge prawn came in 3 pieces. They were cooked with bacon, fried garlic and spring onion, which made the dish appealing and tasty. On the side was Teppanyaki (grilled) eggplant, zucchini which were also juicy. Well seasoned and cooked, a big contrast with the sashimi rice, but equally enjoyable in our palate.
