Recommended by my friends, here is one of the latest luxury bar in town, located in a 5-star hotel. Called the Darkside, the name is actually a play on the nickname of Kowloon. I ordered a house cognac, which I think they served it from a barrel. The spirit is strong indeed, but on the other hand the mouthfeel is smooth and lingering. The server also gave a small plate of chocolate for pairing with cognac. The praline and dried orange dipped with dark chocolate were particularly memorable, which bring out the fragrance and sweetness of the spirit as well.
