Came across this little shop that serves karage or Japanese fried chicken. Located in Fortress Hill behind the AIA building, it's really small and is geared for take away. There is seating but it's mostly one chair. It appeared to be from the same owner of the excellent  izakaya, Bakudan-Ya Hiroshima-men. When I was there, it seemed the staff were mostly Japanese.Menu in English and Chinese had various flavors of karage along with interesting fried chicken dogs and fried oysters. Yuzu Fried Chic

Yuzu Fried Chicken ($28 for 3 pieces). Boyfriend and I shared the yuzu flavored one as we had just finished lunch next door and were too full to have anything more. Everything is made to order and you must order three pieces. Afterwards, it's $9 for each additional pieces. The chicken was piping hot. Meat was moist and not dry at all. The flavor of the yuzu was not strong but you could still taste it.
