Decided to pop in and get the dish that is most reknowned in Taiwan....Beef Noodles! First thing I tasted was the broth, which was rich in flavor (with alot of vegetables and beefy flavor ingrained into the broth). Noodles were al dente with the perfect amount of firmness and the meat, extremely tender and reminded me of eating the same item in Taipei. I also ordered a small basket of fried chicken which was pretty average as it was not crispy enough but was perfectly seasoned with a small amount of spiciness and saltiness. Staff are incredibly friendly but the shop is spaced a bit too tight as it was hard to maneuver in and out of the restaurant. Will coem back again.
