Great location - very disappointing food

We were looking for a place where we could have a small bite to eat together with a drink, and we happened to be shopping at WTC. So we went in as we had seen the great terrace from the outside. We were not disappointed by the location: great view, nice terrace, not too noisy considering the location.However we were prescient when we decided against sitting at a dinner table. We were looking for a place where we could have a small bite to eat together with a drink, and we happened to be shopping at WTC. So we went in as we had seen the great terrace from the outside. We were not disappointed by the location: great view, nice terrace, not too noisy considering the location.

However we were prescient when we decided against sitting at a dinner table. We asked for a drink and some snacks (a couple of tapas and an Italian rocket salad). And oh boy we were expecting much more for the price of the food: we were expecting small bites, but not something that microscopic! We knew we would pay for the location, but this is ridiculous, not only in terms of size but also of taste.

We ran away as soon as we paid the large bill, leaving no tips as we had to wait forever before we could order.
