This is my second time at this place and another memorable hotpot dinner. We had the new tomato and pineapple broth which was refreshing and a good broth base for anything. On the other side of the table, there was a chicken and herbs broth which is good for chicken and seafood. While the broth was bubbling away, it was time to mix some sauces for dipping.I liked mixing the satay sauce and chili together for a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. The fish skin crackers were like irresistable crisps. After

I liked mixing the satay sauce and chili together for a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. The fish skin crackers were like irresistable crisps. After a while, the soup was bubbling and it was time for putting the meats in.
The beef slices were thin and got quickly blanched by the broth which gave it a lovely tangy tomato taste with a hint of pineapple. The pork slices and luncheon meat were next and frankly the tomato and pineapple broth is really fruity and refreshing that the pork tastes good on its own without the need for dipping sauces. Lastly I had the oysters because I alway save the best till last.
The oysters were massive, about the size of an iphone!
After putting it in the broth, it did not shrink and it had a lovely soft jelly texture. We had a memorable night and I hope that there will be another gathering soon at this place.
