I've only been to 4 Mexican joints in Hong Kong so far - Agave, Taco Chaca, Socialito, and Coyote, and I have to say that Coyote beats them all by far. I've only been to 4 Mexican joints in Hong Kong so far - Agave, Taco Chaca, Socialito, and Coyote, and I have to say that Coyote beats them all by far. I remember 2 years ago I had a burrito at Coyote and it satisfied my Mexican hankering up until now so it was pretty amazing. The other day we were craving Mexican and decided to go to Coyote which did not disappoint again.

We ordered the Coyote Nachos which was mind-blowing in terms of the portion and the generous toppings. Salsa, guac, sour cream, chorizo bits, olives, jalapenos, beans, chicken, melted cheese - the entire combination was like a party in the mouth - and the dish came warm as it should be - now THESE were nachos! So good!

Next we ordered the chimichanga with beef which was good too. It came with a perfect portion of beans and rice on the side. Despite being deep-fried, the chimichanga wasn't oily at all, and was a good size, filled generously with beef and beans.

Even though prices might be considered a bit steep, it's all totally worth it. If you're looking for a good Mexican fix Coyote is your answer.
