We came to Suppa Hot Pot on a Tuesday. When my friend called to ask if we can stay longer than the 2 hour time limit, the staff kindly said yes as weeknights are less busy! We ordered a table full of food (as usual), including 本地牛頸背（小），安格斯牛小排（小）both the beef were very tender! 爽脆牛黃喉 is not something I find in a lot of places, we loved this dish because the texture is very crunchy!Other food items include 麻辣鴨血，醬爆瀨尿牛丸，蟹肉蟹粉餃，紫菜響鈴，鹹蛋黃墨魚滑，老少平安，huge 花膠片 and more!They also came around with fresh not on

They also came around with fresh not on the menu seafood to order, which I quite enjoyed as I get to see and pick 😁
Overall the beef were fresh and nice, and other food items are quite unique and tasty too!
The night wasn’t very busy and staff were very attentive! We were greeted by the staff on arrival and when we left too!
But one little thing, even though the soup bases were tasty but I was a bit thirsty at the end of the night 😆
Spent $420/head (for 5 ppl) with a very very full stomach!
