This is a new place in Tsuen Wan, pasta was al dente. Can really taste the texture of the pasta was freshly made. However the food in general was quite average. For the price that the restaurant is charging it is quite overpriced. As the restaurants next door offer much more variety food in their set lunches with drinks included.The pasta came with a tiny soup as a starter, but was nothing special. The pasta came with a tiny soup as a starter, but was nothing special. For the food they serve and the price point that was set. It will be quite difficult to survive in this area when other restaurants nearby are priced more competitively.
Apart from that, the pasta was definitely the highlight as it tasted really good, the eggplant was hot and fresh. The whole pasta dish lacked some taste though. All and all with some more improvements, it will stand out.
