Fiata is chosen as the best pizza in Hong Kong. Definitely great and a bit similar to Baci but my taste buds not that refined to separate the ranking of these 2 great pizza places.We chose the Burrata on my friend's recommendation, the 2 pizzas as recommended on their menu, A'Salsiccia and Montagna Romantica, and 3 their desserts.It was my first time trying smoked burrata and it was definitely a great appetizer, preparing us for the pizza.Loved the nice charred parts on the side. We chose the Burrata on my friend's recommendation, the 2 pizzas as recommended on their menu, A'Salsiccia and Montagna Romantica, and 3 their desserts.

It was my first time trying smoked burrata and it was definitely a great appetizer, preparing us for the pizza.

Loved the nice charred parts on the side. The pizza was chewy in a good way yet without losing its crispiness as well. I preferred the Montagna Romantica as I loved the potatoes on top balancing the rest of the savory flavors.

My only regret for the dessert was not asking them to make 3 cannoli. All of them were not sweet and the cannoli was my favorite with the chocolate and pistachio.

The service was great. Despite the time constraint, what I love here was they would remind you the last order instead of just giving you the bill like Mother of Pizza. In view of the the dim lights, when the staff sees you have difficulty to take a photo of the food, they would even help you with the lights. Totally great place and hoping to come again.
