To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

My friend took me to this restaurant for dinner because her friend told her that their food are very yummy. It was quite difficult to find it because it is hidden right at the end of the street. When we entered the restaurant , the place was full of Christmas decorations already. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and comfortable. 1. Irish rock from Ireland: it was very sweet and creamy. It was also very smooth.
2. White Pearl from France: this one had a bit of sweetness. I could also taste the freshness and a bit salt.
3. Majestic from France: this one was my friend's favourite. It was salty and smooth.

The Truffle beef carpaccio was very nice. It had a strong truffle flavour. The beef were in very thin slices and not chewy at all. It tasted very nice with the special sauce; I could taste french mustard, mayo and pepper. The salad was fresh and crispy.

Green salad with diced beef was very tasty as well. The beef was tender and flavourful. I like the italian dressing for the salad, it was not too sour. The salad was fresh as well.

The basket of bread came with the onion soup. There were at least 4 different kinds of bread, I love the italian bread the best. I love the spice that they put inside. The onion soup was creamy and tasty. With a bit of pepper on top, it was just wonderful.

I got the lychee mojito and my friend got the blue Hawaii. My drink was very refreshing, I could taste a bit of lychee with lots of mint leaves. My friend said her one is full of pineapple flavour.

The spaghetti carbonara smell so nice! It was so yummy. The spaghetti was cooked perfectly. I love the sauce, it was creamy and tasted amazing. There were lots of bacon and mushrooms. We couldn't stop eating it.

We loved the pork rack with gravy sauce. After we cut it, by looking at the texture, we thought it will be very rough but to our surprise, it was tender and soft to eat. The pork rack was very thick and filling. It tasted the best after we dipped it into the gravy sauce. The vegetables were in thick slices and very crunchy. The potato wedges were crispy and salty which I loved!

To finish off, we got the black sesame tofu mousse. It was so yummy. The base was soft and tasted very nice with the cheese and black sesame mousse. I actually want another one if possible.

Other Info. : It's a great place to celebrate birthday because there were at least 3 tables celebrating birthday!
