Nowadays, there are lots of hotpot restaurants in Mong Kok. I especially like the all-you-can-eat one because there are a wide range of food to choose from. Tonight, me and my friend went to try this famous Japanese wagyu all you can eat course. Me and my friend chose the "Japanese wagyu" course which allowed us to try all sort of meat such as U.S. Beef, Japanese wagyu, pork and chicken. We also chose their new soups which were fresh orange soup and pumpkin sweet miso soup. The fresh orange soup was certainly refreshing! I could also found a few slices of orange inside the pot. The pumpkin soup was very concentrated, I really like the sweet flavour.
The Japanese wagyu looked amazing on the wooden block. They were tender and very soft to eat. Pork were very tasty as well, it actually matched quite well with the orange soup. It was easy to chew and the texture was very smooth.
Chicken were fresh and juicy. It tasted very nice with the miso soup, the chicken were smooth and soft.
There were lots of other food for you to take outside but we didn't take that much because we focus on eating the beef. We got some lobster salad ball, pumpkin roast, pork ball, mushrooms, lunch meat and bean curd. The staff kept refilling the food so don't worry about not getting enough food. The ingredients were all fresh and tasty.
There was also sashimi to try out. I got a plate of them and they were ok.
One of the things that I like the most was the amount of dessert they provide. There were so many to choose from. Jelly, ice cream, mango pudding and lots of cakes! There were all very yummy.
