Bookmarked OVOCAFE long time ago as it is one of the top recommended vegan/vegetarian places in HK. Decided to come literally 20 mins before getting off work and then struggled with other options on MTR but I still made it here eventually.

First impression of the dining environment here is nice and friendly as the garden like image under the soft light hit me when I turned around at the escalator. You can tell they are proud to be meat free while sharing the stunning yet homy dishes just by the decorations.

Menu is nicely designed with signs showing dish with egg, dairy, gluten and other ingredients that you might want to avoid. I ordered a baby spinach salad and opt for no yoghurt, and was very impressed by the freshness of the ingredients. And I cannot miss the baked fries topped with vegan cheese and avocado, honestly, it was the first time I tried vegan cheese, it has the cheesy pulling effect and tastes actually a little bit like mayonnaise.

Overall, very satisfied with the dinner, and planning to take bae here ❤
