Even though The Alchemist has been around since 2012 , it was my first time dining here.It is located between Prince Edward and Sham Shui Po on a quiet street. When you go in, it feels like you are not in Hong Kong as the decor and setting is totally different and the place is spacious with tables spaced out nicely. The menu did not disappoint, there was so much choice for drinks and food that expats would love.I had a real hard time deciding as there was warm potato and seafood salad and conchig

I had a real hard time deciding as there was warm potato and seafood salad and conchiglie pasta on the menu but in the end I had the Tortilla with cheese and tomato salad.
It was definitely a great pairing of warm soft tortilla with cheese and tomato.
Also had the salmon sliders which came in a crispy black bun. My Asian friend had the fried chicken curry which came as a huge portion with soup too.
For drinks, I fell for the kiwi cucumber yoghurt which reminded me of Indian Raita.
The taste was light and refreshing so I was really glad I chose it.
Also had the oolong tea by Teapigs which did not fail to impress as the tea leaf flavour was strong and not grassy.
Will definitely come again as this place is a nice sanctuary in Kowloon.
