Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Having tried so many afternoon tea sets in Hong Kong, I just realized I never tried Marriott.The view was nice for our table. We first got to their iced Oolong tea which prepared us for our coming meal.The afternoon tea set came and their were plenty of items that I loved. The spring rolls were nice and crispy and the scallops with the lemon/cherry jelly was appetizing.There quite a lot of lobster in the small glass served.The desserts were all designed to have a summer fruity theme and I loved

The desserts were all designed to have a summer fruity theme and I loved all of them. My favorite would be the watermelon cheesecake. Its quite an usual combination but it works.
