When you are craving for good steak of any kind, here is the place you should hit. With an abundant of natural light, the restaurant is lively and offers a live band for you to listen to music and also a pool table to play with a group of your friends. The tables are spaciously set apart which is quite important during COVID.
We ordered the US prime ribeye (dry aged 10 oz) (HKD398) which was definitely my fav and I highly recommend you to order it if you happen to be here: medium rare is perfectly executed in the way of tenderness, flavour and juiciness. This dry aged steak was grilled perfectly and we could even taste the flame grill while eating. Comes with the steak we chose chimichurri sauce. This savory sauce is also exquisite on the grilled food and the steak was enhanced to the next level because the flavor was amazing.
The American BLT Burger was a set lunch which came with salad/soup, dessert and a drink at only HKD168. It was a super good deal which had a juicy patty, fried onion, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon, all encased in a pillowy soft bread, which was impressive! The restaurant was being very generous on the caesar salad, the portion was enough for the two of us to share. Lastly, the dessert was a chocolate cake with a scoop of strawberry ice-cream and biscuit crumbles on the side. Delicious!
Accompanying these were the fries in jumbo size with spicy seasoning in it. This American size fries consumed the last quota in our tummy.
We also noticed that they offer weekend brunch at HKD228 only. With this view and price, I am pretty sure we can have another relaxing weekend afternoon here. Can't wait to re-visit!
