Just after having a full day shopping at apm, I went looking for a nearby dinner place with my shopaholic friend. Noticed this steakhouse in the building next door, we decided to give it a try. For Appetizer we picked the Beef Carpaccio with Tuna Capers Puree to enjoy. The thin slices of beef were tender and fresh, with a right amount of marbling fat. We also ordered the soup: French Lobster Bisque with Crab Meat. There were plenty of crab meat mixed in the soup and the lobster taste was rich and creamy.
We both wanted a steak for main course, so we chose the U.S. Star Ranch Black Angus Sirloin (10oz). The steak was in nice thick cut, with beautiful grill marks. The inside was juicy and soft too. We loved the steak so much!
