My friend, being from LA, is super picky about Tacos. But he said this place is LEGIT and BEST taco in HK, so I figured I can give it a try. We (two people who can eat!) ordered the Pollo quesadilla ($76) and the Lengua De Rex Taco ($58). Thank goodness there’s a menu telling you what’s actually inside the food, cause there’s no way we could know from the name. The tacos actually have slow called beef tongue inside. The tacos actually have slow called beef tongue inside. It’s super flavourful, rich, the tongue is a little on the dry side but not toooooo dry that you feel like there are shreds of fiber in your mouth. The sauce is good, and I’m a sucker for soft shell taco. The Veggies are cut fine so you won’t struggle like a bunny who just got its teeth pulled out. Would order this again.
The quesadilla was the winner of the name! It’s basically a cheese and chicken quesadilla. It is sooooo delicious. The fattiness of the cheese was cut away by the guacamole and sour cream. Definitely will come back for this.

Came back again and ordered the Baja fish taco, the fish is decent in taste, basically pretty good too!
