We always love aged American steaks … not too many restaurants serve them .. turned out to be very good here .. we ordered aged rib-eye weighted only 10oz .. probably less then a cm thick .. took a lot of skill to cook it medium rare .. smelling and tasting great .. though it was a little close to medium .. and understandable as it was a fairly thin cut .. a fair cry from our recent aged steak experience in that small shop in Tai PoDidn’t feel like pasta .. and we ordered a full pack of pork rib

Didn’t feel like pasta .. and we ordered a full pack of pork ribs .. absolutely perfect appearance with a little burn marks on the edges .. tasted good but texture was a little tough as it was supposed to be slow cooked to have tender effect .. couldn’t quick finish it and we packed 1/2 of the ribs home .. fries were good also .. choices of six different draft beers with happy hour price .. M-F 20%off booking through openrice .. not a bad deal at all
