Thai Grilled Pork Neck Salad! It’s not just any pork- it’s a super duper soft grilled pork neck meat that’s juicy, tender, nicely marinated, slightly spicy and packs a real kick!! I loved the fragrant herbs, light and spicy marinade it had.

Thai Prawn Soup with Lemongrass, or better known as ‘Tom Yum Gong’ soup. I love the sour soup base. It’s this sort of hard to describe- the soup is sour, very addictive and has a lot of heat!

We got a variation of Pad See Ew with thick egg noodles, pork, lots of veggies, eggs and finally with just the perfect splash of sweetness. We gobbled up this delicious stir fried noodle dish.

A side of morning glory with salty fish, chilis and black bean sauce….LOVEEEE it. I love the taste and texture of the green veggies. Plus, we needed some healthy veggies for our meal.

Last but not least was the delicious mango sticky rice! We were really full but who says no to dessert? “No one ever!”
