Golden Phoenix, as my usual iron board steak place, has a total of 7 branches in HK. Guests could pick either garlic or black pepper sauce, which was poured over the sizzling plate as soon as the steaks were served. Tenderloin was thick and huge and fried to the right point. Not over-tenderized and still maintained the meaty texture. Extra garlic further enhanced the taste of the steak.
Prices are reasonable considering the food quality and efficient service. They also offer a varoety of lunch menu and tea sets with a great value for money.
