Golden Phoenix, as my usual iron board steak place, has a total of 7 branches in HK. Not over-tenderized and still maintained the meaty texture. Extra garlic further enhanced the taste of the steak.

Prices are reasonable considering the food quality and efficient service. They also offer a varoety of lunch menu and tea sets with a great value for money.
