My friends took me to this little shop in a wet market for lunch. Actually, almost all the stalls in this wet market are selling dry goods, so the market is pretty clean and no unpleasant smell. For the cart noodles, they offered many choices of toppings and different kinds of noodles. I ordered rice vermicelli and 5 toppings; chicken wing, beef tripe, cheeses cocktail sausage, fried tofu and shiitake mushroom.Chicken wings were a little bit dry.Beef tripe was okay, which was neither too tender n
Beef tripe was okay, which was neither too tender nor tough to eat.
Cheese cocktail sausages tasted alright.
Fried tofu was a little bit hard and dried-out in the middle.
Dried shiitake mushroom was small, just a bit bigger than a 5 dollar coin. They were cut it into two pieces to let it adsorbed all the seasonings. It was tender and tasted good.
For the price I paid ($27), I was very satisfied and I think it is a great deal!
