First time trying this restaurant and we were very well satisfied! for weekend brunch they do a semi-buffet, which costs $178 for buffet only and from $238 with a main course. The priciest were the USDA steak options, which cost from $358 to $398 depending on which cut you choose. The buffet table isn't huge but it already includes salads, cold cuts, cheese, mussels, tuna poke, fruits and desserts. Quality was actually quite good, and we especially loved the chilled mussels.

For mains we ordered a USDA fillet, slow-cooked pork loin and a sous vide chicken leg. The steak was nicely done to medium rare (perhaps a bit more on the rare side) and was really tender and had strong beefy flavour. It really exceeded my expectations! The slow-cooked pork loin was also delicious. Being slightly pink, it was extremely tender and succulent even in the lean parts, whereas the darker parts had that mouthwatering fattiness from the marbling. The accompanying orange and purple sweet potatoes were also appreciated (though imo these could have been a bit softer). The sous vide chicken leg I didn't try, but it looked good and my mom seemed to like it.

Lastly I had a few of their desserts and favourite had to be the ricotta cheesecake! It was soft and quite light in texture and flavour was on point. I love pretty much every kind of cheesecake but this one was really good (the bite-sized classic NY cheesecake was however just alright). I also liked their fruits, especially the pineapple, which was smooth and juicy and sweet!

They also offer 2-hour free flow for $148 per person. Will go for it next time we are here!
