The Singporean Fried Kwai Teow was the HK style type (with yellow curry powder rather).  Surprisingly it was not too oily and was loaded with various toppings.

The beef brisket noodle soup was also better than expected.  The soup was not too salty and the rice noodles were quite soft.  The beef was ok.

The jellyfish and cucumber side dish was lightly spiced and refreshing.

The other side dish (chicken bones) arrived last as they missed the order somehow.  It was quite disappointing - too oily and too much batter.
