To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Been here several times and got to try out various items from the menu.  Love how they serve a wide range eastern and western food (perfect when you have a group of people who are into different food) and the food quality is consistent.- Fluffy roti: suggested by its name, the roti was hot and fluffy and was great with the dipping sauce- Lobster bisque: hot soup with 2 pieces of bread, that one didn't disappoint- Baked pork belly rice: love the strong truffle flavor but gotta consume it quickly

- Fluffy roti: suggested by its name, the roti was hot and fluffy and was great with the dipping sauce
- Lobster bisque: hot soup with 2 pieces of bread, that one didn't disappoint
- Baked pork belly rice: love the strong truffle flavor but gotta consume it quickly before the cheese gets cold and condensed into one large piece
- Prime beef short ribs soup noodles: good comfort food with beef and beef balls
- US prime beef & foie gras rice: my favorite dish here with the perfect combo of beef and foie gras (and of course that runny egg!)
- Fondue set butter custard with egg puffs,  berries  &  chocolate  brownies: a satisfying dessert not only you get to enjoy the local favorite egg puffs, you get to dip that into a hot custard sauce bringing it to another level
- Vanilla & strawberry toast: a standard toast with ice cream and some strawberries, simple but it's my son's favorite
