To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Was in the mood for something lighter for dinner and decided to give this vegan cafe a go!.🍛麻婆豆腐天貝椰菜飯Spicy tofu w/ tempeh & cauliflower rice HKD128 💭Loved the sauce! Light, flavourful and a perfect pair with the cauliflower rice! .🥯Matcha red bean bagel HKD 36💭Chewy but not overly dense, with a toasty exterior😻Think I prefer this type of bagel more than the super chewy ones. It wasn’t overly sweet either and the matcha 🍵 flavour really came through and the adzuki beans 🫘 were the perfect touch!.

💭Chewy but not overly dense, with a toasty exterior😻Think I prefer this type of bagel more than the super chewy ones. It wasn’t overly sweet either and the matcha 🍵 flavour really came through and the adzuki beans 🫘 were the perfect touch!

🍜紅咖喱雜錦蔬菜天貝配蒟蒻麵 Vegetable red curry w/ tempeh & konjac noodles HKD138
💭Veggies were fresh though personally I prefer them a little softer and more cooked through. The konjac noodles had an interesting texture, and the curry soup wasn’t really clinging to the noodles but still tasted nice👍🏻
