My friend threw a birthday dinner at Madamme Fu. We had a set menu selected by our friend -

Lava prawn toast
Suckling pig
Calamari with spicy salt
Cucumber, chili and coriander salad with vinaigrette
Kung Pao prawns
Crispy pork with Yuzo sauce
Chicken with black truffle and chive sauce
Braised E-fu noodle
Fried kale

Food was great. Wines were great. But the best part was the laughers we had among old friends!
