The star of the show was the mixed seafood Wafer Chirashi Sushi which had minced tuna, Fish roe and Sea urchin and rice which makes it photogenic and fun to eat.

The mackerel tempura was brilliant because the oil was fresh and you can see that the tempura batter is light and crispy with silky fish in the middle and you don't often get mackerel tempura on the menu.

For Yakitori we had Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki Rolls with Egg for Dipping.
There were two types:
M7 Wagyu Beef wrapped with Enoki mushrooms and Mizuna;
M7 Wagyu Beef wrapped with wheat bran.

The one I ate had enoki mushrooms and the pairing of beef and juicy mushrooms never go wrong.

Then we had Pork Belly Rolls filled with Hakata Mentaiko Spicy Cod Roe.
This had a salty touch to it and it was filled with so much mentaiko in the middle.

For shellfish, there was Hokkigai, Whelks, and Scallops which was cooked in broth leaving it tasting sweet and natrual because fresh shellfish does not really need strong condiments.

Next was the Hakata Grilled Pork Knuckle which I really liked because it was soft and gelatinous with a nice salty taste to it.

As we were still a bit peckish, we had grilled rice balls with pork and miso, they were crispy and soft in the middle flavoured by the miso.

Apple Sabi:
If you drink sake, the apple sabi is fun because you can add pieces of apple and wasabi to the drink.
There is a sachet of popping candy to make the sake experience even more fun.

I had the Lychee Refresh which was appetizing because it was a concoction of lychee and cranberry juice.
