The meat flavour in the minced beef yakitori was very strong. It seemed like lamb rather than beef that we were eating, while the texture was great!The thick cut ox tongue was my favourite. It’s really bouncy while it’s not hard to chew at all. Love that!The 2 kinds of mushrooms were also very juicy. The black cod was also good. Surprised I didn’t think of trying this earlier, as it’s opened during the pandemic. The tables aren’t too close to each other to ensure some privacy.
