Great service and vibes at the new TMK located in Quarry Bay (walking distance from City Plaza in Tai Koo). We ordered the tasting menu which means they will serve us all of the chefs favourites / all time favourites (approx $350pp no service charge). Highly recommend you order this option! The last time we did al la carte at the Sheung Wan branch, the cost turned out to be the same per head but we were not nearly as full as this time! David was the Assistant Manager who served us and he was great! Talked about his tenure with Pirata Group and we can tell he really knows the brand and culture. He even bought over the Wan Chai branch tradition of ending our meal with a shot of sake! We will be back for sure make sure you tip your staff!
