To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 涼颼颼的冬天還是未到教人著厚褸戴頸巾的地步。來到溫室……我指Greenhouse之時,眼見的是同場女士仍然背心上陣無誤。而我早就穿起冷衫長袖外套了,身體狀況真的高下立見。跟友人相約的地點是開業不久但好評如潮的Greenhouse,只知道是吃西餐的。沒有太多準備,也厭了上網搵料,唯有去到睇下先再算。  早去早著,預先訂了位,結果可以舒舒服服坐梳化。店中央有個偽溫室的搭架,好像只容納一枱客,大抵要預早訂位時講明才有機會。不過梳化位環境也不錯,且有小方枕可以挨一挨,托一托腰。而且安排了多人枱,枱面夠大,有足夠位置讓我們放上及調個拍照角度。烤可樂牛肉串 $58(串)  本來爐端燒價位都要$32起一串,而全部款式均要兩串起計。老老實實食一餐都幾入肉,但也沒有辦法,只怪自己當初話「是但」。友人看過Openrice之後不禁問為何每個人都食烤菇食雞翼。為了不想淪為這家的打手,朋友一下子點了最貴的牛肉串……  可樂牛肉串其實醃後牛肉也不重可樂味,只是送來的時候稍為滲出醬汁,頗順口。牛肉稔身,不失肉味嚼感,但不腥臊之餘頗易撕咬肉絲。微微帶甜的牛肉配上淡淡焦香,兩者相輔相成,不覺突兀不搭。沾點自家制醬汁,不

  可樂牛肉串其實醃後牛肉也不重可樂味,只是送來的時候稍為滲出醬汁,頗順口。牛肉稔身,不失肉味嚼感,但不腥臊之餘頗易撕咬肉絲。微微帶甜的牛肉配上淡淡焦香,兩者相輔相成,不覺突兀不搭。沾點自家制醬汁,不單有牛肉串本調的甜味,要是多加點點辣感則會去盡膩度。

  不跟不跟還需跟,風總是要跟……其實不然,就只是主菜方面沒有很多創意選擇。不想吃太多澱粉質,因此包、粉、麵及飯就先別了……除了薯仔,因那是友人的心頭好。不吃海鮮的朋友瞬間為我減少了大量游離思想,集中於「想吃」二字。剩下的就只有羊、牛及雞是可選的……還有鴨肉。

  一向對片皮鴨啊鴨腿鴨鬆之類頗著迷的,怎能不選這個嚐嚐呢?當皮薄金黃的真身上桌時,更加不後悔自己選了這款作為是晚主菜。不會油膩膩的酥炸富貴鴨外皮香脆涮嘴,鹹度恰好,不會味濃得讓味蕾怠鈍。肉質稔而不霉,乾身了些少,幸好味足又易嚼,未會過於韌身。怕膩的話去醮醮醬汁添味醒胃,要不旁邊的蕃茄片及薯仔沙律也夠清新了。

  最後來款火焰藍光,魅力四射……的焦糖燉蛋。其實本來想點雞蛋仔火鍋,難得一場來到怎能不嚐這集團-house系列之下的獨有創意?可是剛好吃主菜的時候,隔離枱就點了這款富視覺效果的甜品。好吧,我唯有當有少少咖啡作結尾,然後再轉場補碗糖水都唔錯。

  以平淺碗製作,香蕉片鋪得密密麻麻,整齊不紊,旁邊附上一小杯咖啡。店方馬上澆酒點火,幸好早已準備相機手機,表示已經食左先。可惜,原來表面的焦糖層不是硬脆的,就只是灼過的糖面,帶點焦香。香蕉片薄而不爛,甜綿清新,配上細滑嫩口的燉蛋,甜得自然。咖啡的苦,抹去燉蛋的奶膩感,不下太多,剩下的一口乾了算。

  這是店子碟豆花系列的其中一杯,似乎最近不少店子都有用到這食材。促進血液循環、提升視力、清理血管、預防頭髮掉色及掉髮……功效多多喔。還記得第一次喝,已經是幾年前跟我媽在Greyhound Cafe嚐到。想不到今年才突然間興起,不過似乎還是局限於飲品?

  葡萄柚汁熱情果蓉青檸汁打造果味清芳,酸甜開胃的特飲。本來淡茶芳香的碟豆花茶與其他成分沒有抵觸,順得人意。上桌的時候還是剛調好,面藍底橙的樣子,但我就唔夠快手影啦。店方一個箭步已經瞬間落左糖,漸漸變紫,有如夕陽黃昏的色調。

  另一杯點的就是萬人迷抹綠特飲,有兩款可選的Green Tea Latte。Green Bamboo Latte及Creamy Caramel...Caremel兩者用料分別不算太大。均加入了Gaia Coffee及忌廉,但後者用的糖,當然如其名般為焦糖糖漿啦。

  漸層雙色,不得不說色彩配搭十分符合Greenhouse的店名。加上店內也是木系田園風,茶綠咖啡褐,剛剛好就是那感覺。跳過忌廉部分,綠茶牛奶茶味不算濃郁,但細淡清怡,不澀口。咖啡苦,但凍飲之下不會太酸嗆,綠茶牛奶再會中和一下。這杯用的是蔗糖,所之為Bamboo,實則唔多甜,不過冰太多,飲咩都淡一度。
  吃來無負擔,結果最後還是轉場繼續我們的晚聚。話時話,突然對雞蛋仔火鍋有啲興趣,不過去都應該係去同集團其他餐廳食啦……以前見既時候……好似Townhouse有?
