And the avocado will make you feel full even though it is just 350ml of liquid. Overall, I love this drink very much as it is particularly good for a post-workout recharge. It has purified water and 2.5 grams of protein, healthy enough. Most importantly, it is absolutely pleasant to the taste buds, and I feel like addicted to it. I think many feel the same as it is often sold out when I visit there. It takes some luck to be able to grab one.
