Finally gave Sinmei a visit as I had been looking forward to have a try on the different green tea desserts and drinks. Glad that the delicacies there did not disappoint me! I ordered this green tea mojito ~Of course there wasn't any alcohol content like how mojito usually has, yet it did not taste so good.. a bit weird actually. I'd say it's not a very great combination to blend in green tea into the original mojito as the strong taste of mint does not go so well with green tea.I tried 3 desse

Lava cake in green tea flavor! Like oh-my-goddd the green tea paste inside was spilling right after I've split open the cake One of the best desserts for green tea lovers as it was absolutely flavorful!
It was pretty well-cooked too - a little bit crispy outter layer and the cake was pretty rich in the green tea flavor
Another good choice!The creamy top layer of the angel cake was not too strong in the green tea flavor but it was pretty milky that you wouldn't find it too "overloaded"
The cake was spongy. had to munchhh it with the cream together
No jokes this was also another mouthwatering sweet!Great texture of the smooth cheesecake with a strong green tea taste
the cream on top was kind of like the "baked alaska cake"
Very satisfied.
Other Info. :
Not much services though, and had to order the tea set a week in advance which we had no idea of this before so we were a little disappointed for not being able to have the tea set
