復活節假期前最後一日返工,幾個同事心情靚靚,決定落樓下酒樓食晏慶祝下!叫左幾個小菜杏仁湯一黎到已經好香杏仁味,杏仁磨得好幼細,加上瘦肉,無花果,好滋潤!同事話杏仁湯有保健作用,呢排流感盛行,真係要飲多碗蛋白浸白菜苗白菜苗配蛋白,最驚喜係個上湯好新鮮,唔係味精野,送飯一流!焗芝士釀茄子芝士同茄子本身都係濃味食物,少少地都幾香口,太多就好漏始終都係西式野,同其他小菜唔多夾誠意推介:冬瓜烏冬唔好以為個鳥冬無乜味,冬瓜、冬菇、栗米,簡單鮮味!要再讚多次呢度既上湯,成個冬瓜湯咁,絕無欺場!食完個濃味茄子再食呢個,即刻覺得冇咁油膩!
