To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. The traditional Chinese main dish was prepared with a twist by adding the delicate black truffle to the noodle, with two very juicy and tender beef skewers. The rice noodle was not oily at all compared to most of the traditional beef rice noodle from "cha chan tang".

 The slightly al-dente pasta was scrumptious with the not-too-heavy cream base sauce. The earthy porcini mushrooms were indeed a great match with the salted cheddar and a hint of wine aroma from the Madeira wine.

 Compared to the Chinese cooking method, this twisted version from Greenhouse was less salty and less fatty since the restaurant only uses selected good quality produce. The dish was almost tea smoked infused but it was not overwhelmingly smokey.

 Blue Sun Set ($48)

A very good looking drink made with lemongrass, pinepaple, and lime juice, to enjoy from our eyes. The blue liquid was poured in the drink to create that two layer colours. The blue colour was actually from butterfly tea and it doesn't taste anything, therefore the drink was light in taste with a refreshing aftertaste.

Made with homemade juice mix, fresh ginger juice together with green spot orange. The sweet punch was filled with fresh fruits in the jar full of crushed ice. Who doesn't want that in this warmer weather?
