Been craving for some skewers and a booze and a friend recommended Life With Finite Cup to me. $10 for a skewer is incredibly cheap in HK, not to mention buy-one-get-one-free Sapporo. ◆Potato Salad w/ Onsen Egg
◆Deep-fried Yam
In addition to grill, they offer a range of salad and snacks. Buttery potato salad with jammy onsen egg. Extra soft yam in a thin batter.
◆Chicken Wing
◆Minced Chicken
◆Pork Belly w/ Spinach & Cheese
◆Pork Belly w/ Quail Egg
◆Eel
All skewers were grilled by order. Chicken wing was a standout with crispy skin and juicy meat. Tsukune, served with a raw egg yolk in a savory tare, was another highlight. Pork belly came in a variety of combinations of which my favorite was the one with quail egg topped with egg salad, seaweed and mayonnaise.
◆Butter Corn
◆Eggplant
Eggplant, loaded with chopped garlic and pickled radish, was moist and exceptionally big. Slightly spicy.
◆Rice Ball w/ Eel
Coated in kabayaki sauce. Crunchy on the surface and piping hot inside. A perfect finish of the scrumptious meal.
